Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New York

I am complaining against Early Warning because they are denying me my FCRA Right to block fraudulent information that is reporting on my early warning file. I went to open up a checking account and was denied because of information that is reporting on my early warning file. The fraudulent information is being reported by -, - - -, and - -. I have never had any type of banking relationship with these institutions. I filed a police report with the - County Sheriffs office and listed these accounts on the police report. I filed a complaint with the CFPB and attached a copy of the report and got a response from a - -. He requested for me to fill out their identity form which I did and returned to him by email. I contacted today their customer service number because today is the fourth business day in which they have to block the fraudulent information per my police report. They are denying me my right and telling me that the information is sticking to my file. I explained to them how could this be legal and they are telling me that is what is going to be and I can file a rebuttal. This can be considered a rebuttal through the CFPB portal. This is not legal and I need this matter resolved as soon as possible.
