They called to inform me that an account of mine had been turned over to them. I was unaware of that being done and when I asked for a letter confirming it they said one was sent out -/-/-. I never received it. They have contacted me twice since then and both times I asked for written verification before agreeing to make payment arrangements. Both times they pretty much refused and the one time I was referred to their website to sign in and see it online but I was unable to login at all after trying several times. The last time I was contacted I told them that until I received written verification I would not make payment arrangements, told them it was my right to do so and they were rude saying things like, How do we know you will get the letter if you have n't gotten the last one? '' assuming that I was lying about not receiving the first communication. No matter how many times I stated my right they still kept trying to get me to setup payments.
