Because I changed from - - - to -, - claim I own them a disconnect fee which I never knew anything about until I changed to -. However, - kept billing me after the disconnect and I paid the first bill. I feel that - should have return the money for bill me after they had disconnected me. The people that is calling is IC System -. They use to call - a day, however, the called - times today. Thanks for any help.
