Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Georgia

I have already written to this company about a year ago asking that they cease from contacting me about an alleged debt for medical that took place in 1998. I was only - and not responsible for my own health care at the time therefore this ca n't belong to me. Also, I do n't understand why they are attempting to collect from me again when I sent in written request for proof and verification that this account belonged to me. I did n't receive anything and now I am receiving another letter.
