I got a CareCredit card to use in case of a medical emergency. I felt comfortable knowing that I had access to immediate funds to use in the case of a medical emergency. I had a medical emergency come up and was really relying on my CareCredit card in order to pay for the medical services I needed. I go to use my card and it is declined. They tell me that the account has been closed due to inactivity. Because of this, I was forced to use my rent money. Now my checking account is sitting in the negative and I am being charged more every single day that it is in the negative. I am also now unable to afford gas and food and when the time comes to pay my rent, I will not bad able to pay it. Because of this event my having a place to live and a job is now at risk. CareCredit has been completely unwilling to help other than telling me to just reapply. I will no longer be able to take care of any medical issues because CareCredit decided to close my account without my knowledge or consent.
