I received a phone call on or about - -, 2015 around - from Diversified Consultants about an alleged - bill. I told them that I have no knowledge and further communications with me need to be written and sent through the US Mail. I received a collection letter from Diversified Consultants on - -, 2015 that was dated - -, 2015. I sent a validation letter to Diversified Consultants on - -, 2015 via certified mail, return receipt. It was received on - -, 2015. I was notified that a collection account was added to my consumer credit reports today by my credit monitoring service. When I looked, it was back dated - -, 2015. They are willfully violating Section 809 of the FDCPA and I fully intend to seek relief and monetary damages under the above mentioned statute.
