Army and Air Force Exchange Service Credit card department,
Forbearance / Workout plans Georgia
For over - years, AAFES charged me directly from my social security - check payments to pay back my mil. star account, even though prior to them doing that, I tried to tell them I was - and could only pay - dollars a month, but it was not sufficient for them. I contacted them again in 2014 claiming It had been more tan paid and again to tell them I now was diabled 100 % and they were hurting my pocket. They went ahead after many emails and supposedly pardon balance of debt and returned a refund, saying it was now paid in full, but has reported my credit as a charge off even though I have been - for many years. Iam requesting your intervention for the - time against this creditor and investigate if I was legally forced to pay since my supposed balance was -. They should reimburse me. See attached letter sent by them after my complaint.
