I received a call in regards to making a payment. Made the rep know that I will pay on a certain date. He then stated thank you then hung up the line. Called back made complaint with supervisor. Heard nothing from supervisor and got a call from same company the next day after I made them aware the date I can pay. They can not post date a payment in their system. I then payed the debt and was told that if I sent an email to manager I could get it removed from my credit report because it was reported - days before I made the payment. - emails were sent to response. Made a - complaint it was updated but not removed like I was told it would be.
