ACS Education Services Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer California

I try to submit a payment online to acs ( https : //www.acs-education.com/CS/Jsp/general/home.jsp ) and the website constantly fails. There is no one to speak to, and I can not email someone my complaint about their website. When I try to contact the original servicer of the loan - they inform me they can not help. Meanwhile, I might get assessed late fees because I can not make a payment.
