Can't stop charges to bank account California
I received a a loan from Check N Go on -/-/2015 for $250.00 and a loan on -/-/2015. The -/-/2015 I think I applied for but the loan on -/-/2015 I don ; t remember asking for and if I did the loan from -/-/2015 was outstanding, therefore why did they grant the - loan if the - had not been paid. On -/-/15 Check N Go deducted - payment from my account of $150.00 each. On -/-/2015 the loan company deducted $310.00 from my account. When I checked my account I realized that It was a check created without my knowledge and my account had been charged @ $200.00 for NSF. My bank is - - -, located in - -, California. The loan company states that they called me at least - times and called me place of employment @ - times and I do n't remember any calls, and definitely did not hear from my employer.
