The apartments - is not a debt I owe. I payed all my rent on time every month and gave a 30 day notice before I moved. The manager of this apartment complex false fully put me into collections and never sent a proper notice to me of any debt or took me to court or even attempted too. She fraudulently abused her power of management to ding my credit with a false debt because her daughter and I had a falling out. I was a personal friend of - the manager of the apartments and the daughter. So she had all ways of getting a hold of me with any debt she was putting onto my credit and did n't. I have proof of a proper notice as well as proof of the check that was written for rent. I did n't find out this was on my credit till 2014. I has already been removed from 2 other credit agencies as a debt that I do n't owe and that is n't mine do to her fraud.
