Our - service started on -/-/-, and ended on -/-/-. There was a - day cancellation clause that provided us a full refund if we were not satisfied with their service within - days. We were within those guidelines, but have had said account sent to - ) different Collection Agency 's now. At first, - claimed that we did not return their equipment. We were told that they - were going to send us return boxes '', so we could return their equipment. We waited and waited, called numerous times about such boxes, yet never received any box ( es ) of any kind from them. So, we held on to the equipment. Then, we received our first notice ( via USPS - from the first Collection Agency - on -/-/-. They were, of course, trying to collect $710.00 from us, and I refused. That same day, I called -, and was finally told to return their equipment to a local store, get a receipt and Fax the receipt to a given number ...


paid in full '', with no repercussions. Well, as of -/-/-, we received another Collection Agency notice ( via USPS - to pay ... again ... $710.00. That said day, I called - and talked with a - ( no last name available ). As he works on things behind the scenes, he asks me to call them back the followiing Tuesday - -/-/- -, to find out the status of the online adjustment ''. I DO have the receipt of returned equipment ( dated -/-/- ). I call - back on -/-/-, get the full run-a-round, being transferred to 5 ( five ) different people, before getting hung up on by a - ( no last name available ), whom is a Supervisor. They are still trying to charge us the monies listed above for the non-return of their equipment ( $710.00 ). They, -, are still trying to claim that due to my being so late in getting their equipment back to them, that I am still delinquent/laible for said charges. When I started to argue back with this -, she put me on hold for second, then hung-up on me. She DID NOT return my call, yet she DID have my phone number. After being hung-up on by - - - -, I called right back and the person answering told me there is no - as a Supervisor ... I hung up. Until this gets cleared up, the account is still in the hands of the - Collection Agency ( Amsher Collection Agency, Inc ). And all the while, my credit is taking a huge hit. Also, just recently I found out, that - had pulled my account out of the first Collection Agency 's office around ( -/-/- - -/-/- ). My wife and I have been doing our part in trying to work with -. But they have to do their part too ... like sending return boxes when they said they would. When we returned the equipment to the local - store, even the Sales Associate said how great the equipment looks for being in use for so long. I then told him the story, in which we had cancelled their service within - days. Had - told us we could return their equipment to a local store, we certainly would have. And a lot sooner too. I hope this information helps in getting - ( and their associated Collection Agency ( s ) off our case, and have them help repair my credit report. I have filed a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General 's office as well as - too. I will file as many Complaints as I need to! Such as : BBB, Consumer Affairs, etc. etc.
