I return a call to - - - - - 's located in -, NY. I get calls at all hours and lots of them saying they are going to sue me, if I do n't pay they are going after my husband too. I get - different numbers to call, called back a - - for her to be nasty and hang up when I asked to talk to her supervisor, that if I do n't pay they will seek legal action resulting in me paying the bill+court cost+lawyer fees. I never ever open this account and I tried to tell her that but she would n't hear me out. I look up the numbers and a - - shows up at the address and location she gave me. Number look up basically gave me the same things. I do n't know what to do at this point I am a laid off stay at home mom of - young kids, my husband works - jobs to keep us a float, I was just in a accident and was injured I have no time to go back and forth with these people. Help.
