This account was paid by me even though I was not provided any proof that I owed the debt and then they placed a statement on my credit file that is not true. I asked them to provide me the name and address the doctors, the date and type of medical care, and to who the medical care was provided. I also want to know who is providing this data, and the manner in which it was provided in order that I may pursue additional legal remedies. Also, my insurance company told me they paid the whole amount of the debt. They have violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
