Synchrony Bank has - derogatory accounts listed on my credit report via JC Penny and Walmart. Both accounts have remarks that state paid after charge off to - party collections. '' I called synchrony to establish a date of deletion and they informed me that they do not have any accounts details such as account number and date of deletion. It is my understanding that they ca n't report negative information to the credit bureaus if they do not have enough information to validate the account.
