I was contacted by a debt collection agency for a past due payday loan. We set up a payment plan which I have followed since - 2015. On - -, 2015 a payment was deducted from my account. My account should be paid off ( debt settled ). I attempted to contact the agency by phone in which I got no response. The contact number I have always used was disconnected and other phone numbers for the agency were disconnected and/or only had a recorded message. It is as if the agency has disappeared.
