I called, faxed and sent certified mail to the - Business Bureau asking for the items listed below. They have not validated my debt in any way. - The name and address of the original creditor- The original date of default or non-payment of the debt with original creditor- The date the debt was transferred from the original creditor to the third party debt collector- The original balance- The current balance- Any fees added by your agency. Sec. 392.303 ( a ) ( 2 ) - - Surety bond information as required by Sec. 392.101- Contract signed with - to prove they are acting legally for another company They have not supplied this information. They have called me a liar and told me they are not giving anything to me because they do n't have to. After not validating my debt they are now lying about their true nature to avoid giving proper proof of their - Surety bond information required by Sec. 392.101 of the - Finance Code. In a previous claim response with the CFPB ( Case number : - ). They stated We are aware we do not to be bonded in - since we do n't do collection activity. '' They are in fact a collections agency. I am attaching proof of my certified letters and proof that they do collect debt.
