Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Nevada

This debt collector has been assigned to collect a debt for -/- that is involved in an FBI fraud investigation for a year and half now. I have sent this complaint to you about - and you have DONE NOTHING. Now they have sent this to a debt collector. I wrote them back with supporting documention which includes my FBI Victims Letters and the - banks that have released me from - fraudulent accounts in my name. You as the CFPB have done NOTHING to protect the consumer, you have done EVERYTHING to protect the credit card company. I 'm not sure what you people do n't understand, and it 's obvious I 'm a victim or the FBI would not be involved I expect you to do something this time and have this creditor along with - quit harassing me and call the FBI which they have NEVER done and release this debt and take it off my credit report as a charge off They have ruin my once STELLAR credit.
