FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU sent me a debt collection notice dated - -, 2005, stating that I have a delinquent account related to -. I have not had a - account, and asked them for debt verification, including, but not limited to : Services Contract, documentation of where, where, and how the account was established. They responded by sending me a - statement that is not mine, stating that this is validation of this debt. This is not correct, and I want to know all details of this account from alleged start to alleged finish.
