I am writing to complain about the Fidelity - - - - - - issued by FIA Card Services. Consistently, every month, my spouse or I are declined at the point of sale for small amounts, such as today for $5.00 for an - transaction and a $64.00 meal transaction at a restaurant in the same city that I live in. And consistently, we have to be embarrassed at the point of sale followed by a call to Fidelity Card Services, where they trot out the same old excuse of fraud scanners and analyzing for suspicious activity. This happens at least once every month and they claim that they will rectify it. It is at the point where I plan on closing the account because of the level of interruption.
