GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
This is a follow up to CFPB Case -. After reporting my concerns in - 2015, about Synchrony Bank I am not satisfied with the resolution. The company had removed 2 payments from my checking account ( without approval ) and applied them to a JC Penney - Card account ( which I did not have ) The payments I was making towards a - - were not recorded towards my account, therefore, late fees were charged. The account numbers on these account are very different, the addresses for payments are not the same either, yet these were the explanations I received. The solution was to credit the - account, and remove any outstanding balance, however, instead of doing this, I received a - balance on the JCPenney account ( which I do not have ). I have called the Senior Specialist who handled the case with this information and had to leave it on the answering machine - twice ). I have been more than patient with this company, but still, I receive no response. In addition, my credit rating has dropped almost - points, due to their actions.
