CFPB Case # - regarding CareCredit ending - did not see Care Credit Corporate response until after I submitted my dispute. I would like to add the following response to my file please. I have faxed CareCredit with the dispute today and also sent response to Corporate Consumer Relations - - -. Again I am very disappointed as she did not return my calls after - and I believe Care Credit has NOT been fair in their responses to me or verifying the - claims for treatment that I did not authorize or receive.
