BOA allow this person to create an account to perpetrate this fraud under the above alias and did not adequately ascertain their true identity. I have a move money team '' - # - in progress via -. I would like BOA to reimburse me $800.00. I have been a satisfied preferred account customer many years hope BOA can make this situation right. Thank You. - - -
