My complaint today is against Synchrony Bank for the lowes credit card. This is the second time i have applied for their card and they have declined me without merit. I believe that they are discriminating against me for my Age. I am putting in this complaint to make the CFPB aware of the illegal practices that Synchrony Bank is taking. They have no merit to decline me as you will see my - - Credit Report which is the report that they pulled is free of delinquencies and I have over an - Fico Score. I am also attaching the Application Reference Number they provided on the - - Application.
