Ocwen created a new mortgage with loan number - which I have refused to pay since its inception in -. I have never paid one payment on loan - and I filed complaint number - with this office which is currently under review. Since Ocwen filed its response to complaint - they modified loan number - without a request from me and without any acceptance of the modification. I became aware of the modification when I logged on line to Ocwen.com and looked at the mortgage account statement. The statement shows that I have already missed one trial modification payment in the amount of - and have a current payment due in the amount of - that is due now. Ocwen did not mail this statement to me, they did not mail modification papers to me to sign etc.
