Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Illinois

When I received the invoice from the - I aske for a copy of the contract. They never forwarded it to me. I then started getting calls from a collection agancy calle Voss & Klein. The calls were relentless. I asked The collection agency - to provide a copy of a signed contract and signature of with dates of approval of service by myself. The lady said if I don't pay she will continue to call me until I pay or wreck my credit. They have filed a collection on my credit report. She also state she did not have to provide me anything as I owe the debt.
