this company has placed a fraudulent account under my personal information related to an address ive never lived at for a gas bill. i faxed over the police report that my identity was stolen along with the FTC affidavit.in - - 2014 I faxed over the police report and supporting document and they failed to remove these account with in the 30 day statue permitted by law. ive called over - times with no luck they keep asking me to send the police report which i have not - but - times. i ask that my right as a identity theft victim be enforced .i ask that this account be removed immediately since this account has hurts my person and my credit in the past and i was denied a home loan - different occasions and i had to pay higher interest rates and suffered financial hardship because of them
