Medical Disclosure verification of debt Not disclosed as an attempt to collect Maryland

I was in the hospital - of 2014. I received - statement from the hospital. I called the hospital to make them aware I had no insurance and they understood. In -/-/- I was accepted for - Assistance. A social worker contacted me and made me aware all previous medical bills will be taken care of up to - months. I gave all information for hospital bill and the woman said it will all be covered. I never again received a statement from the hospital and never received a collection letter or pre list letter. I am very upset and would like this resolved.
