For 3 years, I have disputed with GAP about the inaccuracy of my '' highest balance '' being reported to all - credit bureaus as $810.00. The company made fee adjustments/credits to my account in 2011 which totaled $810.00, but the GAP account supervisors and internal credit reps are telling me that there 's nothing they can do about it even though they acknowledge the credits were indeed made on my account due to an error on their part when they failed to credit my payments.
