Payday loan Taking/threatening an illegal action Threatened arrest/jail if do not pay Texas

I received a call from - Arbitration telling me if I do n't pay a debt I owe to -, They will put me in jail from fraud.- I do have a debt with - but the collection agency it is with is call United Debt Holdings not - - - - I never used any of my family members as references when I applied for the loan. I never had my bothers phone number until recently and they called him. - ) I told them by law they are required to give me written documentation and the lady said she does n't have to give me anything. I am very frustrated because I have been scammed before and lost lot of money for this type of thing. I do n't want to be scammed again. Please help
