Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I opened a secured credit card through Wells Fargo in - of 2013 in the amount of $500.00 At the time when I opened the account I was told after 12 months I would be graduated and the account would no longer be secured. As long as I used the card and paid on time. I have done both and it has almost been 2 years now and they refuse to unsecure the card and refuse to tell me why they wont. I - paid too early and it resulted in a late fee but after speaking with them they saw the payment I made and reversed the charge. I really think this issue is holding my account from being upgraded.
