I am filing a complaint against my student loan creditor ( - - ) and my student loan servicer ( ACS ) because they : 1 ) increased the interest rate of my loan by an amount greater than permitted by the loan terms ; 2 ) sent me - student loan repayment schedules that contain incorrect information ; and, 3 ) increased the interest rate on my student loans prematurely in violation of the loan terms.
