Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer

Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Oregon
I have private law school loans through ACS. I enrolled in Checkmate II '' in order to gain a 0.25 % reduction in my interest and then pre-paid my loans so that the next mandatory payment would be in 2017. Recently ACS changed their system and announced that they would draw monthly funds from my bank account for the pre-paid loans. I complained, as I had pre-paid the loans and the pre-pay status was part of the reason I had done that. ACS agreed to not draw funds for my pre-paid loans, but they also cancelled my enrollment in Checkmate II ( functionally giving me a 0.25 % increase in interest ). This was a change to their system and it was not disclosed when I pre-paid my loans, and functions as a tax on me for doing the responsible thing and setting my loans into pre-pay status.
