I contacted my loan company to set up a arrangement to get my loan caught back up, since I had to move towns and jobs because they gave the other party on the loan my information after knowing there is a no contact, restraining order and that they are in prison so who ever is calling is not that party.do to my info being given out my truck has been vandalized so I moved again. So I am now moved and I made the arrangement to get my loan caught back up. I made the - payment on time and even called them after leaving the local branch bank to tell them I had made the payment but there servers were down. I asked if they needed the tellers name and number so they could confirm the payment and was told no. So the following day and everyday after that the number I called from has had calls - and - times a day Monday thru Saturday from the bank. They have told the company it is not my phone and to stop calling. I feel this is harassment. I made my payment and am waiting on my next payday to make my next payment. I told them I was changing banks as well and waiting on my direct deposit to be set up. I have an account set up that is strictly for my payments and that I have a direct deposit set up for that money. I just have to wait for it to be switched over. I even set up the account at a branch of there bank so it would be all same day transfers. I am doing my best to keep them informed of what is going on and make my payments to get caught up, but to have a different person keep calling everyday to change what was already arranged i feel is harassment and an embarrassment this was a friends phone number. this is all being done by Wells Fargo Dealer Services Out of - -
