Dear Sir or Madam : In Re : Acct. # -I would like to file a complaint with your agency against Syncb/Chevron for none-compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I filed a dispute with - for erroneous information being reported on my credit report by Syncb/Chevron. On - -, 2015, I sent a certified letter to Syncb/Chevron requesting an - investigation in regard to an account that is pass the statue of limitations and that they needed to submit copies of statements upon request. They fail to comply with that request. On - -, 2015, I sent another certified demand letter requesting that they respond to my request ; and again they fail comply with that request. It is illegal for Syncb/Chevron to verified account information as accurate without doing an - investigation for which I am entitle to by law.
