Recenlty The - - - send a Finacial Assistance Award Letter as said The State paid a 100 % per cent, but they do n't believe me because, When I contacted The Debt Collection Agency was recorded on the phone they do n't asked me for The Reference Number of The Award Letter to Confirm as well.
