An item appeared on my credit report and I have been attempting to resolve with the creditor ( Fresh view Solutions ) -. After being on hold for 1/2 an hour on - occasions, no answer or call back. I can not settle the purported obligation if they ca n't answer my call. This item is impacting my ability to obtain new credit. Acct # -.
