For the last - years, every morning, - days a week, at - Ocwen calls the above number. We do not answer because we have a representative that is handling all communication with the lender. Ocwen has been instructed a number of time to please contact that representative, but continues to call every morning even though our representative has been in contact with them on a weekly basis. Ocwen never leaves a message. They call repeatedly in the mornings. One call after another, then they attempt to reach me on my cell phone from an unlisted number throughout the day, and do not leave a message. Yesterday, morning, -/-/2015, I answered the phone. I let them know that I have written a letter to the - of Ocwen regarding our situation. I said I would not speak to anyone until I received an answer to that letter. I asked that they not call again, or I would submit a harassment report. The calls continued throughout the day and again this morning.
