I was told that after - on time consecutive payments, my co-signer would be released from my loan. I made the - on time consecutive payments but my aunt was not removed as my co-signer. They told me that she could not be removed because it was based on my credit at the time. I asked them to provide me with a copy of the promissory note showing this information. They have not yet provided me with a copy of the promissory note and that was approximately - years ago that it was requested. I need someone to help me because I am unable to get anything done with this loan servicer. This is just - of the many problems I have ran into with them. I need help with many other things but thought I would start with the most important. I need my aunt removed as my co-signer like they stipulated in my promissory note.
