The offices of Daniels, Norelli, Scully & Cecere, P.C. mailed a letter to an address that I 've never resided in. Such address belongs to a friend. Therefore, my privacy was violated when they disclosed information regarding this particular debt to a third party. I 've never been associated with that address whatsoever. Even if my credit report was ran with permissible purpose, it would not display such address. I 'm not sure what means the debt collector used to obtain my friend 's address. I would surely hope that they did not run his credit report without permissible purpose.
