Despite many ( -- ) telephone communications with billing dept trying to resolve a billing issue, - - ( 1 ) kept no record of their communications between me and multiple account representatives and ( 2 ) turned an inaccurate balance '' over to a collection agency after telling me to wait for an updated account statement by mail while a medical discount program card was being processed. ( Additional info : I chose the debt was paid '' option from the dropdown menu because it most closely matches my situation. The medical assistance provider/drug manufacturer assistance program was in the process of approving my coverage when this debt was applied. )
