I dispute the validity of this entire debt. I am invoking Texas Finance Code 392.202 CORRECTION OF THIRD-PARTY DEBT COLLECTOR 'S OR CREDIT BUREAU 'S FILES. The - is not bonded in Texas and is acting illegally. They will not send me proof of not being bonded in Texas so I can not send proof to the credit bureaus to remove these charges that I am not liable for. They also will not send me any proof that they have any sort of contract with the hospital that they say I had procedures at.
