GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
My name is - - and I have a personal line of credit with Sam 's Club. I had an available credit balance of $1000.00. I paid my bill and an additional $75.00. After I paid my bill, Sam 's Club lowered my credit balance to $800.00 leaving me to be over my limit by $23.00 ; which has now negatively affected my credit. I have not missed a payment and when I called to resolve the issue, they did n't bother to give me a reason. I was told that the boss did n't take calls.
