Closing/Cancelling account North Carolina
I have a credit card serviced by Synchrony Bank. I have always paid my bill in full and on time every month. I gave my daughter permission to use the card. A couple of times she paid prematurely from her bank account and had her payment denied. Instead of sending a warning or charging a fee for bouncing a check, Synchrony closed the account without warning and dinged my credit with a charge of NSF. I feel they treated me worse than people who are late payers. I repeat that my bill was always paid in full and on time. I have other credit cards and do not care about this card, but I do not like being treated in such a disrespectful manner.
