A problem happened with the allotment I had set up and it stopped, so I got behind in payments. They agreed to refinance so that I could get current but for the past - years all the payments I have made have gone only to the interest. And they told me today that I am - dollars behind and the total balance is -. The total original amount was -. When I requested a copy of my loan documents they refused to send them. When I tried to access the documents through their website the site only comes up with an error message and directs you to contact Pioneer via phone or email.
