My bank has placed a foreclosure date on my home. I have placed my home on the market and we finally received an offer which was presented to the bank and denied due to the foreclosure date I also submitted my documentation requesting for a mediation which were submitted late due to lack of knowledge by the person helping us save our home, a date of - -, 2015 has been giving but my bank continues to proceed with the foreclosure process.
