Please see the attached correspondence. I am the Federal Fiduciary of VA benefits for - - -. He is currently under the care - Prior to his approval for -, he incurred - expenses at that facility for which I am personally being harassed by Transworld Sytems Inc. for payment of that debt. I am not his legal guardian, nor liable in any way for his debts. I merely receive the VA benefits and dispurse them in accordance with the law for his care.
