On - J C Penny states that an application for a credit card was submitted for me to get a J C Penny credit card. The problem is I never apply or fill out an applicatiuon for the alleged credit card. They could not tell me if the it was applied for in the store or online. J C Penny would have needed my personal information and i never gave them that. I - had a J C Penny card but when it was paid off they closed the account and since i paid them i felt that they did not want me as a customer so i did not want another J C Penny credit and would never apply -. I have put a fraud alert - my credit reports because of stuff like this.
