Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida
According to this company, that I do n't know exactly what its real name is, my mother, - -, has n't paid a bill from the - she had done last month on -. My mom has already paid a bill from this procedure already. She has n't even received any other bill. This lady said her company has been sending this new bill to my mom 's but she has n't received it because the address they said they have on record was n't my mom 's. If this is not a scam, they should correct the address they have in the system, send a new paper bill and give my mom a reasonable monthly payment. My mom was stated that she has been previously contacted by other - speaking representatives to collect this debt which amount is according to this lady, $900.00. My mom has n't received any call from them before. My mom was asked to pay this amount immediately by phone that day or they will report her to the Credit Report Agencies. My mom got really scared and called me. I have repeatedly called them and nobody answer my call, and I have left my name and number in voice messages. When you call the welcoming says Nation Wide ''. What kind of medical institutions or debt collectors institution is this - that attempt to collect a medical bill this way. My mom asked if she could pay this debt little by little and they told her that she had to pay that amount in full. I think this is a scam.
