Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California
I received - letters on the same day from RMS in -, -. I am a resident of -. The - was a request for payment of an account with - - - ( re '' totaling $1300.00, dated -/-/-. The - was a letter responding to your recent request for supporting information '' about the debt mentioned in the - letter, and was dated -/-/-. Attached to this - letter were - statements. The - was from - - -, and dated -/-/-. It displayed a balance of $1100.00. The second was from the -, - Government, and displayed a balance of $600.00, and also dated -. Neither of these documents had my correct name, Social Security Number, or any other correct information. This is not a debt I owe, and RMS is quite obviously trying to get any money they can from me for what appears to be an international, fabricated debt. At no time have I communicated with RMS prior to receipt of these letters, so their second letter responding to your ( my ) request '' is utterly bogus. Of course, that 's in addition to the utterly bogus debt. ''
